Terms & conditions

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of drempik.delivery. By accessing the site, you agree to them. The site is an independent editorial guide to restaurant chains and is not affiliated with any restaurant brand, including Miller’s Ale House.

Use of the site

What you may and may not do with our material

You may read, link to, and quote material from this site for personal and non-commercial purposes, with attribution. Quoting a paragraph or two in a forum post, a class assignment, or a personal blog is welcome as long as you name drempik.delivery as the source and link back to the page you used.

You may not republish substantial portions of the content, scrape the site at scale, or present the material as your own. Automated access that places unreasonable load on the site — bulk crawling of every page at high frequency, mirroring the site onto another domain, or feeding the text into a competing guide — is not permitted.

Allowed with attribution

  • Quoting a passage with a link back to the page it came from.
  • Linking to any page on the site from your own article or directory.
  • Printing a single page for your own reference before a visit.

Not allowed

  • Copying whole sections of the guide onto another site.
  • Running bulk requests that slow the site down for other readers.
  • Republishing our writing under your own name or brand.

Editorial content

Menus change, so verify before you drive over

Content on this site is provided for general information. Restaurant menus, hours, locations, and policies change, and details published here may become out of date. Verify time-sensitive information directly with the restaurant before relying on it.

Nothing on this site constitutes a reservation, an order, or a commitment by any restaurant. When we describe a menu item or a game-day routine, we are describing what our writers observed and what the chain publishes — not a price quote, a table hold, or a promise about service on the night you visit.

This page is the legal counterpart to our millersalehouse coverage. If a menu guide on this site conflicts with what a location tells you at the door, the location wins.

No affiliation

We are readers, not the restaurant

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Miller’s Ale House or any other restaurant brand mentioned in its pages. Brand names and menu item names are used for identification and editorial commentary.

If you need to book a table, check a wait time, ask about a location’s hours, or resolve a complaint about a meal, contact the restaurant directly. We cannot pass messages to a chain, hold a table, or alter a bill, and we do not speak for any brand we write about.

The guide is written independently — we buy our own food and drinks when we report.

User submissions

Corrections, tips, and what happens to them

If you send a correction, suggestion, or other message through the contact form or by email, you grant us permission to use that content to update or improve the site. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit.

Send a correction

Name the page, the line you think is wrong, and what a better answer would be. A receipt photo or a link to the chain’s own page helps us check it faster.

Keep it non-confidential

Do not send confidential information through the contact form. Treat anything you write there as a note to an editor, not a private message to a lawyer — it can be quoted, trimmed, and published.

What we do with it

Useful corrections are folded into the guide, sometimes with a short note explaining the change. We do not publish your email address, and we do not sell reader messages.

Intellectual property

Who owns what on this site

The text on this site is owned by the site operator unless otherwise noted. Our writing, our comparison notes, and our captions are ours. Third-party names, logos, and menu item names remain the property of their respective owners, and nothing in these terms grants you a license to use third-party marks.

If you are unsure whether a proposed use falls inside these terms, write to us first with a short description of what you want to publish, and we will tell you plainly what we are comfortable with.

Our text

Belongs to the site operator. Quote with attribution and a link.

Their marks

Stay with their owners. We use them only to say which restaurant we mean.

Rules for using the site

Prohibited conduct is short and reasonable. Break any of it and we may block access, remove a submission, or report the behaviour to the relevant provider.

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, hosting, or any account connected to the site.

  • Do not submit unlawful or misleading content through the contact form, including fake corrections aimed at damaging a restaurant.

  • Do not interfere with normal operation — no floods of automated requests, no attempts to knock the site offline.

  • Do not use the site in a way that infringes the rights of others, whether theirs are intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is available

The site is provided on an as-available basis. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption or that the content is free of errors.

To the extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. If you plan an evening around one of our pages — a game-day window, a menu item, a happy-hour price — call the location first so a stale detail does not ruin the trip.

If you spot something out of date, tell us and we will check it. Corrections are the fastest way to improve the guide and they are welcome from readers, restaurant staff, and anyone who happens to know better than we do.

Questions readers ask

Terms questions, answered plainly

Four things readers actually write in to ask about. If yours is not here, the editorial inbox is open on weekday mornings.

Can I use a screenshot of your page in a class project?

Yes, for personal and non-commercial schoolwork, as long as the screenshot names drempik.delivery and includes a link or a visible URL. Do not crop the source line out or present the writing as your own research.

Does the guide take money from restaurants to write about them?

Chains do not commission or approve our pages, and no restaurant can buy a mention. When a page describes a menu or a game-day routine, it reflects what our writers found on their own visits and what the chain publishes publicly.

A page lists a price or a time that changed. What should I do?

Send the page and the detail you think has moved. We re-check pricing, hours, and game-day timing regularly, but menus shift with the season and locations differ from one another, so a fast note from a reader beats another week of the wrong number.

Can a restaurant ask you to remove its name from the site?

Brand names appear here for identification and commentary, which is why they are used at all. If a business thinks a claim about it is wrong, write to us with the detail and we will review it — factual corrections are what this guide runs on.
